This is a 5 frame, 80 pages exhibit which will be shown at the Phila Numis exhibition in Bangkok 18 September 2026. It covers three areas of Thai revenues, hardly ever shown at any exhibition in this depth and detail. It covers Entertainment tax, Social Security tax and Match tax. There will be few additions and changes before the exhibition starts.

This 5- frame exhibit was shown at the 30th Asian International Stamp Exhibition in Bangkok in August 2016. Richard Blakeney achieved a vermeil medal with 80 points. This was the first time ever that an exhibit, consisting out of only Thai Tobacco and Beverage stamps was shown. Not a lot was known in 2016 and Richard Blakeney pioneered research on these stamps resulting in 3 lengthy chapters in the 2019 Thailand Revenue handbook. To see the exhibit. click on the file below

Even before the 1860 introduction of revenue stamps in the Philippines, official documents had to be written on official paper. This paper had either embossments or revenue stamps printed on them. Different applications required different papers. In later years, additional stamps had to be added in addition to the already printed stamps on the paper. Douglas K.
