The book is published as Volume 8A in the Thailand Philatelic Handbook series in 2022.
The Rama V surcharge book describes all the postal surcharges made on postal stamps during the reign of King SChulalongkorn, Rama 5. The book is in color and has about 156 pages. These surcharges are very complicated to understand with so many varieties, wrong fonts used. They do frustrate many collectors. This book brings together all known information and adds were appropriate.
